We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team.
As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities.
This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including break rooms and conference rooms - Perform floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel - Adhere to all company policies and regulations Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
