QC / Returns Clerk:
Principal Accountabilities:
The QC/Returns Clerk is responsible for quality & returns duties and other supply chain activities.
Assist Manager/Supervisor with the timely processing of returns and timely processing of quality audits for both inbound and outbound audits.
This position will be responsible for providing effective support to all other facility personnel related to QC/Returns.
Ability to interface with individuals with diverse backgrounds is essential for this role.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Returns:
Review inbound returns and print RA sheets if RA # is identified Assist logging inbound Returns into a spreadsheet for tracking purposes Investigate any product rec'd that does NOT have an RA or appropriate paperwork Request RA's when not identified from the appropriate Customer Service contacts Process Wholesale returns for Kipling brand in Garpac system Verify or Partial Verify RA's in PKMS for Wholesale Footwear returns File completed RA documentation in an orderly manner Log Unknown returns product into a shared drive folder Scan case labels for any damaged returns into a specified bin for Damages Create the damaged sku's into a FD (factory defect) UPC Transfer the FD cases that were created into a specified Recircled bin Consume case labels that were scanned into the Damaged bin Track and report when there are 26 full pallets to send to Recircled so transportation can be lined up Track and report daily inbound and outbound eCom returns Other:
Print RFID UPC hangtags as requested Assist Management team as requested Complete and report QC/Returns Production daily Input receipt information into the Access database daily Systems to use:
Microsoft Word and Excel Outlook email Access Database (do we do anything in Access today?) PKMS Garpac Dashboard reports SAP reports Physical Requirement:
This position requires the associate to work in the office and on the production floor.
The associate must be able to walk, stand or sit for extended periods.
The associate must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs and lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Temperature in the warehouse varies according to external climate.
Education / Experience / Skills Required:
High School diploma or GED equivalency required; higher education preferred One year of experience in a similar role preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs strongly preferred Company specific software used is PKMS and Execution Dashboard, experience is preferred Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Ability to communicate effectively with variety of individuals Work independently and as a team member Ability to pay close attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language What's in it For You We're in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
