Director of Marketing and Event Planning Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and event planning teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Set clear goals and performance expectations, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Encourage professional development and ensure team members have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.

Event Planning and Execution:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences.
Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful events that align with organizational objectives.

Content Creation and Marketing Collateral:
Supervise the development of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
Ensure marketing materials are accurate, compelling, and consistent with brand guidelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to track and measure the impact of marketing initiatives and events, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on key performance metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (1
