Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock displays and maintain inventory levels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts and sales tax - Experience with medical records, is beneficial but not required - Ability to learn and navigate computer systems, including Epic or other retail management systems We offer competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
