The Lead School-Based Case Manager provides on-the-job training, technical assistance, and support to school-based mental health case managers.
With oversight from the School-Based Supervisor, this position also provides performance review and coaching for assigned staff.
This position promotes the mission of school-based case management services, which is to assist individuals and families affected by mental health symptoms to understand and access quality, safe, effective services.
The Lead School Based Case Manager will provide training and support to school based case managers as well as carry a caseload of 10 individuals on their caseload.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Human Services Preferred and meets criteria to qualify as QMHCM as defined by DMAS and DBHDS.
Salary is commensurate with education and Experience as it relates to the position.
